Accessibility?
If you come by car, you can park in the paid zone in front of the practice. After 30 minutes of free parking, payment is required via the parking meter or 4411 (zone TER113).
By bike? There are bike racks directly opposite the practice and at the Oppemstraat.
Public transport is also an option. Tram 44 stops within walking distance of the practice. Bus lines 317 and 410 also provide good accessibility.

"In the event of a dental accident, time is crucial. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible.
For dental pain, we aim to assist our loyal patients within 24 hours.
If we are unavailable, you can contact the on-call service at the central number 0903/399.69 (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 9 AM to 6 PM). The on-call dentist will provide the necessary assistance."
What to do in case of emergency?
"It is recommended that children plan their first dental visit from the age of 2.5 and return every six months for a check-up to quickly detect any issues. Adults should schedule a check-up at least annually to comply with the oral care program (optimal reimbursement from your health insurance). "
From what age should you visit the dentist and how often?
"For the annual check-up, we apply the convention rates. We aim for accessible care, but to maintain the desired quality standards, we have chosen not to work with convention rates for other treatments. The rates for the provided treatments can be consulted here."
Do the dentists work with convention rates?
"Our team is ready to assist both young and old.
We offer a wide range of dental care services: check-ups, prophylactic cleanings, pediatric dentistry, aesthetic fillings, prosthetic dentistry, and tooth extractions. In some cases, a specialist appointment may be necessary, and the dentist will provide a referral for secondary care."

How can payments be made at the practice?
The dental practice was founded in 2013 by dentist Laurence Soenen with the aim of providing accessible, high-quality dental care in the center of Tervuren.
You can come to us for a wide range of primary dental treatments (check-ups, cleanings, aesthetic fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, prosthetic restorations, crowns and bridges, veneers) for both young and old.
We strive to ensure adequate attention and time to listen to you as a patient, provide sufficient information, and guide you toward a radiant smile.
